SHIPWRECK

Have you started to read this because you think it will be about somebody else? Or have you begun to read this story because the title sounded neat? Or have you begun to read this story because it verifies the condition you are in? No assurance? No Hope? A life riddled with guilt? A shipwreck soul!
Really ask yourself do you want assurance, do you want Hope? Do you want your guilt gone? Do you want direction to navigate your life? Or do you just want what you want when you want it and how you want it? Think about it. Would you be opened to the answer? The intellectual answer for your need could only go so far to appease your intellectual side for you to have a false sense of happiness. That would give you no assurance or hope and you would ignore your guilt without it being gone. The experience answer, one you could try and apply to your life, would only work if it came from a source in which you could know was for real. The next question must be asked of you. Is there anything in your life that is really real? I am not talking about your house or car or anything material but of something you can hang your trust on and know it is a truth for you to live on, trust in, and stand by. What is truth to you? Is it acknowledging you need it in whole or, sadly, in part? Some people when they get the whole truth only take little parts of it forming their own idea, choosing to be selective of it thus keeping them from ever finding out what was meant for their soul. How do you view your own soul, yourself? Is it good or not good? It cannot be both! Is your need of your soul crying and hurting for the right answer? Then there is Hope for you with assurance and cleansing that you can know for real so your guilt would be gone. The answer comes from God who knows what you are going through. He understands us in our fears in our hurts and in our fallen nature. He loves us and this love can be applied to us by His terms. So the intent in this writing is not to undermine God because He is the author of all love, joy, happiness, truth and security but to share with you Jesus that you may enter into a real lasting relationship with Him and not just know about Him but for you to know Him personally. So as we go through these pages we will touch on topics that you may or may not have dealt with or worked out for yourself? My prayer for you is that you will keep the above in mind so the material you will read will be planted deep inside your heart and not just on the surface and that you may enter into a legitimate relationship with God. Some of the material you will read will seem that it is being repeated this is intended because without the central truth established in the heart the soul will always be shipwreck.

Mat 14:24-27 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.
And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.
And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.
