The Plague

The plague, no one survives it.

Many times plagues have taken countless lives destroying families and societies. There was one time that about one hundred million people died because of a plague.

If one has the plague the prognosis is usually negative. There is no hope.

Many different kind of plagues on mankind has happen throughout history.

One plague known to all men is the plague of sin, the propensity to do wrong in our lives.

It puts one in a helpless state and eventually it brings death.

But there is a cure to this plague, the purpose and help to do right in our lives and why, which brings life everlasting.

Many people are opposed to the cure being op-positional defiant to the remedy, sometimes because of choice and sometimes out of being misinformed and sometimes never informed.

Some people have a false focus on what that cure is. Dying just the same as the result of the plague as well because of being deceived to what they had believed was the cure.

The cure to the plague of sin is this.

Jesus said, “Come unto me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

If you draw near to God he will draw near to you.

Now for anyone reading this at this point in time Jesus had already died for your disease of sin on a cross. He had died, being crucified, for the sins of the whole world. It was all placed on him. He was made to be sin.

But did you know that just knowing about the cure is not the cure.

You know why?

Jesus had died and was buried but three days later he arose from the dead alive.

He arose from the dead alive in hope that you would admit before God that you have the disease of sin and the ugliness inside you and that you want the cure that can only be found in him by calling on Jesus as having died for your disease to cure you, his blood was shed to cleanse you. As your savior, and rising from the dead for you having the opportunity to place your faith on him.

If you will call on Jesus as having done so

He will then will lead you with his strength to do right.

Are you walking in darkness waiting for someone to turn the lights on for you?
Jesus can and will if you let him.

For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
And that name is Jesus.
