Many people go through life alone with no answers going it themselves and all the while God is hoping you accept a guarantee relational promise from Him which is called a covenant.
For you see
I'm just like you. At times I'm happy at times, I cry and at
times I even grieve but one thing I have that was given to me from above in my
response to truth is salvation.
God saved me through my acknowledgement of my need of His Son the Lord Jesus Christ.
Many people carry their authority around in their briefcase. A title or a degree something that proves they know answers academically.
But the authority from above is nothing short of God Holiness, real by life's application.
Condemnation and Conviction are two different words, did you know that?
If anyone ever comes to you and preaches condemnation its totally wrong.
For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn you but you through Him might be saved.
Conviction is seeing and knowing its Gods truth and having the opportunity to respond to it.
What shall it profit a man if he gain the whole world and lose his soul.
Who are you listening to in your life?
Are you allowing the Lord to lead you?
Are you walking in darkness waiting for someone to turn the lights on for you?
The Lord Jesus can and will turn the lights on for you, if you let him.
You see many people become blind in life either through disease or accident.
But everyone is born spiritually blind to the things of God.
They can't see His grace they don't know of His love.
They navigate through life without a relationship with God.
My hope and prayer is that the true story I'm about to share with you would be able to apply it with Gods help into everyday life to be able to see spiritually the things of God.
Once there was this righteous man named Hezekiah who always prayed who sought answers from God. Who one day received a bad letter from a very bad man named Sennacherib.
The letter basically said,
"I'm coming to kill you and your community no one, no not one will stop us not even God Himself will be able to deliver you out of my hand."
Hezekiah, with a man named Isaiah laid the letter down and then the Lord Himself looked over Hezekiah's shoulder and read the letter as well.
That night the Lord sent and Angel and put to death all one hundred and eighty five thousand men of that bad mans army.
Would you want to meet God with the letter of all your wrongs that you committed in your heart?
Or would you want to pray to God as Hezekiah did to help you with those sins right now?
You see God loves you and sent Jesus from heaven in hope that you would allow Him to trade places with you.This is His gift to you, the wages of sin is death but Gods gift is Jesus as your Lord.
Why would anyone want to trade places with Jesus?

By one turning from doubt to God.
Having a change mind in believing Jesus died for your sins and that God raised Him from the dead waiting for you to call on Him as your own Lord as having done this.

ReplyDeletePraise be to God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed with the message of the Cross which burns fervently within us-what an amazing calling we have through the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ-I am thrilled to know that Lord Jesus Christ is using his servants throughout this area. It was very nice meeting with you at the local Wal-Mart, who knew that Lord is going to use my Yankee's shirt to have me come in contact with a fellow brother in Christ.
Continue to serve Him and rely on Him for He alone is the bread of life and the God of all Creation.
