Water?

Where are you in the sea of life? Are you drowning? Are you trying to swim against the current that’s raging towards you? Are you stuck in the mud? Do you feel that you are crashed up on the rocks with no hope? Or if you are like most people, is it that you really don’t know where you are at in this sea of life? Jesus can let you know where you’re at. He can reveal to you your position? He is able to uplift you out of your position of doubt to the place where you can be with him in assurance? Jesus walked on the water! You can walk with him too if you will trust in him?

One day 2000 years ago a man named Peter was in a boat with his fellow friends and they saw Jesus walking on the water towards them in the middle of the night! They were afraid but Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? This sounds a lot like the most of us? We in our nature look to the things here on earth that takes our eyes off of the heavenly promise of God. Jesus is the promise! It was Gods plan out of his love for us that he sent his son Jesus to die for our sins? That Jesus, who is alive, after rising from the dead, can give you the assurance you need in this life if you call out to him! Jesus is Gods gift to us? All we need to do is ask Jesus, believing he died for your sins, as your savior! For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved! Jesus said, "Except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3
