The Ship that God Himself would not sink?

-->
We all know some of the famous ships in history, the Lusitania, The Andrea Doria and of course the Titanic. The Slogan for the Titanic was “The ship that God could not sink.” Well The Titanic did sink. Man made this ship from his own hands in order to cross the oceans. It was the best in its day. But like all ships it had it's end.And like these ships some of us travel in life with our own understanding, without God’s, in which one day we will come to the end of our life passing through the waters of death then facing God with our sins, our appointed time with him. It does not have to be that way. Let me explain.
There was a ship God almighty would not sink.
Because of the love he had for Noah being a righteous man! God told Noah to make a ship, known as the ark. God’s purpose was to save Noah and his family just like it is his purpose to save you.
Yes but you may say there is no ship now that can save you. You may say that the boat that you’re in is shipwrecked on the rocks of life with no hope. But you’re wrong. The God of heaven has provided himself being Jesus his son to save you. Yes right now you have the opportunity to enter into the Lords ship of who Jesus is. The lamb of God.
He died for all the lost hope and broken dreams because of sin out there in the sea of life.
Yes His name is Jesus, who died on the cross for the penalty for your sins once and for all, paying your debt in full.
By calling him to be your Lord you are acknowledging to God that Jesus is his plan for saving you. It’s the gift of God. In life you cannot ignore your sins as if they will be deleted when you face God on Judgment day, because the soul that sinneth it shall die. You need a sin bearer. Jesus is ready for you to call out to him as Lord so He can become your sin bearer. If you are thirsty for the truth that only the Lord Jesus Christ can meet! Call on God today! So that the truth you respond to can bring you hope through the power of God.

  1. What did Jesus mean when He said in Revelation 3:5 "He who overcomes shall be clothed in white garments, and I will not blotout his name from the Book of Life; but will confess his name before My Father and before His angels." Is He saying that we must overcome our disbelief and repent from our sins in order to keep our names in the Book of Life? And if He is saying this then isn't it true we can not walk our own way that we must show our love for Him through our faith in Him? And doesn't it say if you have faith in Him then you will have works to show for it because faith doesn't stand alone? Our faith ship needs to stay afloat by our faith in Him. I agree there nothing we can do to earn salvation, but you can not only believe and that is it. The Bible tells us that Satan and his angels believe and they tremble at His voice. God knows our hearts and if you don't truely put Him first in your life but things of your flesh come before Him, then you do not understand or have not received Him. You can not serve too masters. If all the time you are yeilding to sin then you are a slave to sin and not a slave of God's. Being a Christian is not easy, if it was then everyone would do it. It's about putting your flesh under and serving Him, and He will pour His love out on you and fill you to overfloweth. So don't be deceiving people telling them there is nothing they can do to ruin their salvation. Because there is and it is called rebellion and rejection, even after they once obtained it. That was the reason why Jesus told John to write those letters to the seven churches.

  2. Hello Ecox,
Not by might not by power but by your strength says the Lord. No. Not by might not by power but by your works says the Lord. No.
The verse says “Not by might not by power but by my spirit says, the Lord.of hosts (Zec 4:6).”
Please walk right now with me ECox and let’s go to the foot of the cross where Jesus died.
First, for my sake really, I will go slow in trying to answer your comment. I will start at the cross. You see this is the best place for answers, really. I will talk about a special person in reply to your post. I will tell you what our part is in receiving the Holy Spirit etc. I will tell you how you know the presence of God by your side.
That very special person I am going to share with you is the thief who died on the cross as well. Yes the thief being that special person who cried out to Jesus for salvation. The thief who asked Jesus, "Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom." Why do you think this is important to reply to your comment on my blog you may ask?. Well the first thing is the thief who received the words from the Lord, "Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise." is, the thief could not get off his cross. He could not run errands of service for the Lord. He could not use his hands to help people who needed help in service for the Lord. He could not even preach of the Lords saving power. And you know what? He could not even get baptized in service for the Lord.
The only thing he could do is trust the Lord. Yes trust in the fact Jesus was able to save him to deliver him from his demise. Trust in the fact that Jesus was sufficient for him. Most of all knowing that his assurance was in Jesus to do what he promised. This thief was on his cross. He was dying to self. He was no longer looking for experiences other than knowing God who was now saving him.
Jesus said in Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
    This could not happen if
Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
The thief died on the cross his hope in Jesus Christ. This is the example for man in front of Holy God Only! Praise God in the heavens.

When you are born again, and do this that and other things you don’t destroy your salvation u break your relationship and your response to God. If someone was never born again to begin with there’s the key, false brethren.
